We plan to open 10 Cooltrader stores within the next 12 months.

We look for 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft of ground floor sales space with circa 500 sq ft of ancillary accommodation. Rents between £20k and £40k per annum. Reasonable secondary town centre pitches close to other food retailers, Post Offices or bus stations.

Areas: Liverpool, Manchester, Lancashire, North Wales and down to the Midlands. This list is not exhaustive and other locations will be considered.
